Gregorio Y. Larrazabal was 37 years old and was the youngest commissioner named to the seven-member body after former President Gloria Macapagal -Arroyo was appointed him eight months to go before the May 10, 2010 elections. He fills the last spot after Leonardo Leonida leaved the position and subsequent to his confirmation by the Commission on Appointments (CA).

Larrazabal came from influential clan from Leyte City. He is the nephew of the owner of Cebu Doctors’ University Hospital, Dr. Pontenciano Larrazabal. His family is one of the richest clan in Leyte with political influence. His mother was a former Leyte Governor, Adelina Yrastorza-Larrazabal and his father, Emeterio Larrazabal was appointed as an acting mayor of Ormoc City by President Corazon Aquino after the People Power Movement. Emeterio is also a businessman and a farmer. He passed away on December 2009 because of lung cancer.

Larrazabal finished his law degree in University of San Carlos in Cebu City. In 2008, he was appointed Comelec director for Eastern Visayas. He also served as the officer in charge for Comelec in the Bicol Region and election supervisor of Bulacan.

Larrazabal also managed the automated elections on Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao and at the same time serving as the election supervisor of Basilan. It was on 2004 when he first join the Comelec as the as provincial election supervisor of Bulacan and later on appointed as the election supervisor of Camarines Sur and regional election director in the Bicol region.

Larrazabal, have proven that his fresh inputs and field experience together with the all the members of Commission of Elections (Comelec) lead by Comelec chief Jose Melo have successfully ended the May 10, 2010 election in smooth, efficient and orderly manner.

The Hon. Leila de Lima was appointed by President Benigno Aquino III as the secretary of Philippine Department of Justice. She was also the concurrent Chairperson of the Philippine Commission on Human Rights until President Aquino appointed her to be the Justice Secretary which was preceded by Alberto Agra.
She is the eldest daughter of Vicente de Lima, former Philippine COMELEC Commissioner and Norma Magistrado. She was born on August 27, 1958 at Iriga City. She was a consistent honor student since elementary. She took A.B. History from De La Salle University in 1980. She graduated her law degree from San Beda College and placed 8th in the 1985 Bar Examination.

Justice de Lima is known for her strong will and determination to fight clean up country’s image by listening and ensuring the resolution against on the multiple complaints filed on human rights violation office. She also holds the high profile election cases such as those of opposition candidate Senator Alan Peter Cayetano and defeated candidate Aquilino Pimentel III.

In 1993, she was appointed as the Secretary of the House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal. She had been a law practitioner for 13 years before she was appointed as the chairperson of the Commission on Human Rights on May 7, 2008. Justice Leila M. de Lima is also a beneficiary of a “Bayi Citation” which she was included of the twelve women leaders exampled as participatory of good governance and politics.
A receiver by Raul S. Roco Award for Public Service Excellence awarded by San Beda College Alumni Foundation and San Beda College Alumni Association Inc. Maria Carminia Lourdes Cynthia Arnaldo Gutierrez was her given name aka Chin Chin Gutierrez. She was born on November 22, 1972 in Manila, Philippines. She is a famous actress and environmentalist.

Her father is Dr. Hermes Gutierrez, a botanist and Cecilia Arnaldo, a painter. Chin Chin Gutierrez is the niece of former LVN star Lita Gutierrez. She studied her elementary education at Stella Maris College and Philippine Christian University. She graduated her high school at Manila Science High school and St. Francis School College. She took up Bachelor’s Degree of Communication Arts in Miriam College. Alice Lake was born on November 23, 1924, also known as Anita Linda. She was born in Pasay City. Her father is a full-blooded American soldier/mining engineer while her mother is Ilonggo. She is a two-time award winning in FAMAS and Gawad Urian award-winning Filipino film actress. She gained serious compliments for her rendering in elderly role. Anita Linda became the oldest actress and the only to win in FAMAS award as the “Best Supporting Actress” for the movie “Ang Babae sa Bubungang Lata” at the age of 74. She was awarded as the “Best Actress” in the 10th Cinemanila International Film Festival (Southeast Asia Film Competition) in the name of character Adela.

Anita Linda was discovered at stage show at the Avenue Theater by Lamberto Avellana. The renowned director asked her if she wanted to be a celebrity. Anita had second thought because she did not know how to speak tagalong. She was told to report for rehearsal for the incoming show but her presence did not show.

Nora Cabaltera Villamayor was born on May 21, 1953 and being famous for a screen name “Nora Aunor”. She is a muti-awarded Filipino actress, producer, and singer. Nora Aunor is one of the Filipino actresses who had the highest talent fee for stage plays, television shows, and concerts. She is identified as the “Superstar in Philippine Entertainment Industry”. Diane Monique Llamas Lhuillier was born in 1971 at Cebu City. She is a Filipina fashion designer which is based in Los Angeles. Monique Lhuillier is a combination of Spanish-Cebuano and French. Her father is Michel J. Lhuillier, a half Filipino and half French business man while her mother Amparito Llamas is a Spanish-Cebuana, model. They own the famous MLhuillier pawnshops currently operating over hundred branches in the entire Philippines.

At the age of 15, she was an exceptional student in Lausanne, Switzerland. She hopes to become famous in the fashion industry and because of that she was being sent to Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM). It is also where he meets his husband, Tom Bugbee. In 1996, Monique and her husband founded their company and released their first bridal collection. This was greatly accepted by the public and her dad gave her $30,000.00 for starting capital.

After she designed the gowns for her wedding entourage, she had captured the taste of the elite group. She then decided to begin dresses collection. This come more than a hobby to her rather than source of income.

Rodolfo Vera Quizon, Sr. was born on July 25, 1928 in Pampanga but raised in Tondo, Manila. His parents are Melencio Espinosa-Quizon and Salud Vera-Quizon. Doplhy is famous for his comedy role in television and movie industry, Dolphy – King of Commedy. He entertained his audience by sharing jokes and happy moments.

He is also an effective endorser in product commercial, where he belongs to highest paid artist.

He is known for a being a father of more than a dozen kids in different woman. At present, she is together with her partner ZhaZha Padilla.

Kristina Bernadette Cojuangco Aquino-Yap was her given name and also known as Kris Aquino. She was born on February 14, 1971. She is a celebrity in movie and television industry. She become famous for her game shows, talk shoes, commercial endorsements, and movie leading role. She is a sibling of President elect Benigno Simeon “Noynoy” Cojuangco Aquino III and the daughter of Philippine senator Benigno Aquino, Jr. and Corazon Cojuangco-Aquino, the former president of the Republic of the Philippines.

Kris was awarded as the “Queen of Controversy” for the movie Dido Dida, Sabay Tayo, her first movie. Jejomar “Jojo” Cabauatan Binay was born in November 11, 1941. He is currently the Vice President-elect of the Philippines of the Philippines after winning the 2010 elections with 14,645,574 votes. Jejomar Binay is also the President of Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban), President of the United Opposition (UNO), Boy Scouts of the Philippines and the chairperson of Asia-Pacific Region Scout Committee.

He studied at the Philippine Normal College Training Department and University of the Philippines Preparatory High School and graduated his bachelor’s degree in political science and Bachelor of Laws from UP (LIB). He became part of the youth fraternal organization Order of DeMolay, Loyalty Chapter, Manila, Philippines. Last May 10, 2010 election he won as the Congressman Manny Pacquiao of Sarangani province. He runs under the banner of Nationalist Party and under the presidency of Manny Villar. Manny knockout Roy Chiongbian and got the score of 56,810 votes while Chiongbian mustered 28,506 votes.

Just recently, Pacquiao’s was awarded as the Fighter of the Decade by the Boxing Writers Association of America. Manny and his family are now on their way to New York City to receive the award. Awarding ceremony will be held on June 4, 2010 at Rosevelt Hotel in Manhattan. This truly another milestone for Pacquiao’s boxing career.

Lea Salonga-Chien is a singer and actress best recognized in Miss Saigon for her musical role which she had won the Olivier, Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics and Theatre World Awards. Lea was also the first Asian played as Éponine in the musical Les Misérables on Broadway. She also had the privilege to play the singing voice of Princess Jasmine from Aladdin (1992), Mulan for Mulan (1998) and Mulan II (2004).

Lea is a daughter of Feliciano Genuino Salonga and Ligaya Alcantara Imutan and a sister of Gerard Salonga. She spent six years in Los Angeles City during her childhood and move to Manila afterward. Eleanor Concepcion “Connie” Mariano is a Filipina doctor and the first ever Filipino American who took the rank of Rear Admiral in the United States Navy. She is also the first graduate of the Uniformed Services University of Medicine to get the flag officer status and first ever woman in the world director of the White House Medical Unit.

Eleanor Mariano raised the flag of Filipino descent in the field of medicine and be on the field more armed forces.

Dr. Eleanor Mariano was born in 1955 in Sangley Point Naval Base, Cavite City, Philippines. After only two years, her parents went to the United States.

Her father worked as a steward in the United States Navy and retired with rank ofMaster Chief. Eleanor Mariano was the valedictorian Mar Vista High School, Imperial Beach, California, class of 1973.

SHe graduated from the University of California, San Diego alumni from Revelle College cum laude with honor honor. He earned her degree in biology at the University of California, San Diego.

In 1977, Mariano became part of the navy, and she earned her medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of Medicine in the year 1981 in Bethesda, Maryland.

Dr. Mariano is the rank of Rear Admiral nanominado former President Bill Clinton and after a few months, she served as White House Physician of President Clinton and President George W. Bush.

Sa panahong ito rin siya nakakuha ng recording contract under ng E-REAL RECORDS. Si Keith Martin ay nag produce ng 4 na kanta sa album ni Lhey sa naturang kontrata. Na i release ang unang single ni Lhey na na ifeature sa MTV ASIA. Ngunit, sa kadahilanang siya ay nag punta na ng America para sa mas malakihang proyekto, di na nairelease pa ang buong album niya.

Sa ngayon, si Lhey ay isa nang tanyag at kinikilalang artist sa Las Vegas at iba pang karatig lugar. Kasa kasama nya sa mga pagtatanghal at mga proyekto ang isa ring tanyag na pangalan sa Las Vegas na si Mr. Jonathan Potenciano.
